CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time and ours. To provide the best service for everyone, here is our cancellation policy: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. For services over 2 hours, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required when booking. This deposit will go toward your service cost. We understand that emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if an emergency arises, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
