CANCELLATION POLICY
We value your time and ours. To provide the best service for everyone, here is our cancellation policy: Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. For services over 2 hours, a $50 non-refundable deposit is required when booking. This deposit will go toward your service cost. We understand that emergencies happen.
